Returns & Refunds Policy

At Icon Automation, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Returns must include proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable items: products damaged due to customer misuse, items marked as final sale, or items purchased from unauthorized sellers.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at chrisbrown@iconautomation.biz with the following details:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photo or video of the item (if defective)
• Complete delivery address
• Contact phone number

Our support team will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

4. Replacements & Exchanges

• If your product is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same or a similar item (subject to availability).
• If a replacement is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the issue was caused by us.

5. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at chrisbrown@iconautomation.biz.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Unwanted items must follow the return process above.
